Yes, all laundry must be sent in the personalized E&R bag, which features your student’s name and customer number. This ensures we can track the bag from pick-up to delivery with precision.
Each E&R bag includes a personalized printed label with a state-of-the-art bar code ID system. This allows us to track your student’s bag at every stage, from pick-up to delivery.
If you’re signed up for the Comforter and Blanket Cleaning Plan, simply contact our customer service team to request a disposable, one-time-use bag. We’ll deliver it with your next clean laundry. Just place the comforter or blanket in the provided bag and leave it at your usual drop-off location. Clean items will be returned to you on hangers.
Yes! Your plan includes the cleaning of all personal sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Just toss them into your laundry bag with your other items.
No need! We take care of labeling. We video document clothing during both unpacking and folding, and all items returned on hangers are individually barcoded with either a permanent or temporary tag. This ensures every item is accounted for.
All cleaning is done in our state-of-the-art facility by highly experienced professionals. Since we handle 100% of the process in-house, you can trust that everything will be done to the highest standard.
We understand the importance of accommodating sensitive skin and allergies. That’s why we offer a “free and clean” package, at an additional cost that uses neutral detergents and advanced cleaning technologies to minimize the risk of allergic reactions.
