WHERE DO I FIND INFORMATION SPECIFIC TO MY SCHOOL?

MY STUDENT HAS HIS OWN LAUNDRY BAG. DO I HAVE TO USE YOURS?
Yes, you must send laundry in your E&R bag only, which is personalized with your name and customer number. This allows us to track the bag from pick-up to delivery.
HOW DO YOU KNOW WHICH BAG BELONGS TO MY STUDENT?
Each bag is personalized with a printed label. In addition to the student's name, our label also has a state-of-the-art bar code ID system. This allows us to track the bag from pick-up to delivery.
IF I'M SIGNED UP FOR THE COMFORTER AND BLANKET CLEANING PLAN, HOW DO I FIT THAT IN MY BAG ALONG WITH ALL OF MY CLOTHES?
Contact our customer service team to request a disposable, one-time use bag for your comforter or blanket. We'll then send the comforter/blanket bag to you with our next delivery of clean laundry. To send in your blanket or comforter, please put them in the comforter/blanket bag and leave them at your regular drop-off location. Remember, your clean comforter or blanket will be returned on a hanger!
IF I'M SIGNED UP FOR ONE OF YOUR LAUNDRY PLANS, WILL YOU ALSO CLEAN MY PERSONAL SHEETS, PILLOWCASES, AND TOWELS?
Yes, laundry plans include cleaning of your personal sheets, pillowcases, and towels. These items can go in your laundry bag with the rest of your clothes.
SHOULD I LABEL ALL MY STUDENT'S CLOTHES BEFORE I SEND THEM TO YOU?
No, we've got that covered too. We videotape all of your clothing when we unpack it to wash, and again as we fold it and put it back in your bag for delivery. Any clothes that are returned on a hanger are individually bar coded with either a permanent or temporary tag. This allows us to track all of your items on hangers when we deliver them to campus, just like we do with your laundry bag.
WHO IS ACTUALLY WASHING AND DRY CLEANING MY STUDENT'S CLOTHES?
All processing is done in our state-of-the-art facility by personnel who have decades of experience in all areas of our operation. Because we control 100% of the work, you can count on us to be 100% responsible for making sure that everything is done right.
WHAT IF MY STUDENT HAS ALLERGIES TO LAUNDRY DETERGENTS?
We recognize that some students may be sensitive or allergic to common laundry detergents, which is why we use neutral detergents and state-of-the-art cleaning technologies that are specifically designed to eliminate the potential of an allergic reaction to our finished product.
