As our next laundrepreneur, you can build your resume with hands-on experience in marketing and promotion, event planning, recruitment and training, and sales management at one of our colleges or universities. And as one of our rewards and incentives, all laundrepreneurs receive free laundry service through E&R - The Campus Laundry!
What Is It Like To Be A Laundrepreneur?
E&R – The Campus Laundry provides a unique management experience that allows you to learn firsthand what it means to be a leader, manager, and entrepreneur – all well before you graduate. (And with our compensation structure, you’ll receive hourly pay, bonuses, and incentives!) As a laundrepreneur, you’ll learn lifelong transferrable skills including running a marketing campaign, hiring and managing employees, handling customer relations, and overseeing operations.
How Much Experience Do I Need?
While the opportunity requires an ambitious and motivated individual, no business experience is required. Laundrepreneurs will receive training, mentoring, and support at every step along the way.
How Does The Service Work?
Students are provided with a personalized laundry bag, which they can drop off for cleaning once every full week. We offer plans for every student need and budget. Depending on the school, drop-off locations may be a central location, a common area of a dorm, or dorm room doors. Many of our students use laundry service from boarding school through college.
What Makes the Service Possible?
We have a dedicated and fully staffed route delivery and customer service team. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art laundry technology and a point of sales system that is designed specifically to support our business.
Beyond A Traditional Internship
E&R - The Campus Laundry has developed a business model to get you started and help you succeed by mentoring you along the way, but how far you take it is up to you. We are looking for motivated, entrepreneurial individuals to join our team!
